Paisabazaar announces unlimited airport lounge access for new credit card customers
Paisabazaar has announced a limited-period offer that promises unlimited airport lounge access for one year to eligible customers who take a new credit card through its platform. The offer, available until the end of September, applies to all consumers who obtain a new credit card via Paisabazaar during this period, according to the company.
To qualify, customers must first make their initial credit card bill payment through the Paisabazaar app. Once this payment is completed, the complimentary PB Pass is unlocked and remains valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
The offer is separate from any lounge-access benefit that the credit card itself may provide. This means that even customers whose underlying card does not typically include complimentary lounge visits or requires a spending threshold to unlock them can still access lounges through the PB Pass, as reported by Moneycontrol.
How the PB Pass works
The PB Pass has been developed in association with Collinson International and provides access through its LoungeKey network. According to Paisabazaar's statement dated September 2, 2026, the network includes more than 1,800 airport lounges and travel experiences across over 800 domestic and international airports.
The network also covers select airport dining outlets, spas, and sleep pods. Customers do not need a separate lounge membership or need to present their credit card to use the pass. Access is through a QR code available on the Paisabazaar app.
At the airport, users may need to show a government-issued identity proof and a same-day boarding pass, according to Moneycontrol. Entry is subject to the participating lounge's availability and capacity.
Eligibility and existing customers
Under the regular PB Pass programme, each pass provides one complimentary lounge visit, not unlimited visits, Moneycontrol notes. The limited-period offer, however, provides unlimited access for 12 months to eligible new credit card customers.
For existing credit card users, Paisabazaar offers a monthly Spin the Wheel contest. Customers who pay an eligible credit card bill through the Paisabazaar app can win a PB Pass through this contest, as reported by Moneycontrol.
The offer is part of Paisabazaar's efforts to expand its customer perks, though the company has not disclosed how many customers are expected to benefit or the potential costs involved.
