Credentials Ceremony in Santo Domingo
Pakistan's Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, formally presented his credentials to President Luis Abinader during a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Santo Domingo. The event accredited Sheikh as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to the Dominican Republic, according to an official message received in Islamabad on Saturday.

During the ceremony, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to exploring avenues of collaboration in trade, investment, IT, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges, with the aim of fostering enduring friendship between the two countries.
Ambassador Sheikh conveyed greetings and best wishes from Pakistan's leadership to President Abinader and expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him.
