McDonald's brings global flavours to Canada with return of World Menu Heist
Canadians with a taste for international fast food are in luck: McDonald's has brought back its World Menu Heist, offering a selection of menu items from around the globe for a limited time.

A world of flavours
From Australia, the Chicken Parmi Burger layers marinara sauce, creamy parmesan sauce, shredded lettuce, and white processed cheese on a soft potato bun. Spain contributes the McExtreme Pulled Pork, a sandwich with pulled pork in barbecue sauce, beef and hickory-smoked bacon, white processed cheese, crispy onions, and a creamy chipotle sauce.
Japan’s Garlic & Black Pepper Chicken McNuggets offer a spicy take on the classic, with a garlic and black pepper breading. France’s Cheesy Bacon McFlavour Fries pile creamy double cheddar cheese sauce and hickory-smoked bacon on top of the chain's signature fries.
For those who prefer to dip, Sweden’s Truffle Flavoured Mayo-Style Sauce provides a creamy sauce with a hint of truffle, while Japan’s Black Garlic Sauce adds a deep umami flavour that pairs with the Chicken McNuggets. On the sweeter side, the Stroopwafel McFlurry from the Netherlands mixes vanilla soft serve with caramel-flavoured cinnamon waffle pieces and caramel sauce.
