Maharashtra police dogs to stay with force for life after retirement

Retired police dogs in Maharashtra will now remain with the police force for the rest of their lives, rather than being handed over to adoptive homes, following a directive from Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Officials confirmed the decision on Sunday.
