Lords Mark Industries has entered a strategic collaboration with ARKALL Holdings Limited, announced on August 24, 2026, to expand its healthcare footprint across the Caribbean region. The partnership will focus on establishing pathology laboratories and commercializing medical devices, diagnostics, and equipment.
The agreement marks Lords Mark's entry into the Caribbean market through a phased expansion model. Initial operations will commence in Trinidad & Tobago, with progressive extension to other markets over the next three years.
Deal Structure and Responsibilities
Under the terms of the partnership, ARKALL Holdings will fund 100% of the expansion costs, while Lords Mark will supply in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) products, rapid test kits, biochemistry reagents, dialysis machines, and technical support. ARKALL will lead commercialization and market development efforts.
Dr. Sachidanand Upadhyay, Managing Director & CEO of Lords Mark Industries, stated that the collaboration combines the company's medical technology capabilities with ARKALL's regional commercial presence.

Based on internal management assessments, the phased rollout has the potential to generate approximately US$100 million in export revenue between fiscal years 2027 and 2031. The company estimates the indicative pathology and diagnostics opportunity across the identified Caribbean markets at approximately US$1.24 billion.
