KloudMate Unveils Agentic Observability Platform
Bengaluru-based deeptech startup KloudMate announced on August 24 the launch of its Agentic Observability suite, an AI-native platform designed to detect, investigate, and autonomously resolve incidents. The company, which also has offices in Austin, Texas, says the platform compresses resolution times from hours to seconds, positioning it among a select group of global providers pioneering agentic AI in enterprise-grade observability.
According to the company, unplanned downtime across cloud infrastructure, applications, and networks costs enterprises between $5,000 and $7,500 per minute, a significant financial burden for digital-first businesses. The new suite aims to address this by attacking two key operational metrics: Mean-Time-to-Resolution (MTTR) and engineering productivity.
Key Features and Early Results
The platform introduces natural-language querying, Smart Alert Grouping, and Automated Root Cause Analysis (Auto-RCA) with Autonomous Triage. In early deployments, KloudMate reports that customers have seen MTTR drop by up to 50% and alert noise reduce by up to 70%, while significantly increasing monitoring coverage.
A notable addition is 'Workflows', a visual, drag-and-drop orchestration engine that enables engineering teams to design automated response playbooks. Workflows allows teams to pre-define deterministic sequences of remediation actions, such as restarting a service, scaling a resource, or rotating a credential. These actions can execute automatically when a condition is met, or require engineer sign-off for critical workflows.
The company contrasts its approach with traditional observability platforms, which it says have functioned as passive repositories of telemetry data—logs, metrics, and traces—that engineers must manually correlate during outages. KloudMate's suite reverses this paradigm by autonomously initiating an investigation when an anomaly is detected.

KloudMate's founders are Amitava Saha, Bidyut Baruah, and Pranab Buragohain. In a joint comment, they said: "Observability was built to collect data. We built KloudMate to close incidents.
