According to TASS, the Defense Ministry said 242 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed overnight, over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Novgorod, Oryol, Pskov, Rostov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, Moscow, Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, as well as Crimea, the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea.

Wildberries founder Tatyana Kim wrote on Telegram that logistics centers operated by the company in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk came under attack overnight, and that the company was working with relevant authorities on the aftermath. TASS reported that one person was killed and ten others injured in the Krasnodar Region, and that falling drone debris caused a fire at a warehouse there.

In Nevinnomyssk, in the Stavropol Region, Governor Vladimir Vladimirov said a drone strike caused a fire at a warehouse on the outskirts of the city. He reported that five people had sought medical assistance as of 5:50 a.m. local time, and that a local state of emergency had been declared as crews continued to extinguish a fire at the Wildberries warehouse.

August 4: Moscow Region and Krasny Bor

In its August 4 report, TASS cited the Defense Ministry as saying that 320 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones were intercepted and destroyed between 8:00 p.m. Moscow time on August 3 and 8:00 a.m. on August 4. The ministry listed the affected areas as the Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, Oryol, Pskov, Rostov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula and Moscow regions, as well as Crimea.

Governor Andrey Vorobyov said five people died and ten were injured in the overnight attack on the Moscow Region, with the Chekhov district the most targeted. In the industrial zone of Novoselki, several fires broke out; the largest, in a warehouse, was almost completely extinguished. A power substation and an administrative building were also damaged. According to TASS, Vorobyov later reported ten casualties in Novoselki, saying one person was in serious condition and seven others in moderate condition.

In the Leningrad Region, Governor Aleksander Drozdenko reported that a warehouse near Krasny Bor was struck by a drone and that one person was injured. He said a fire caused by the drone attack broke out at the Wildberries logistics facility in Krasny Bor.
