Production and release plans
The film is jointly produced by Telugu production house People Media Factory, who recently produced Prabhas' 'The Raja Saab,' and Priya Sudeep's Supriyanvi Picture Studios, with TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad backing the project, as reported by India Today. Music for the film will be composed by GowrahariK, according to Outlook India.
'Devaraaya' is planned as a pan-India release, with a theatrical debut scheduled for December 2027, according to India Today and The Times of India. The Times of India also reported that the makers have kept the storyline confidential.
