Ivan Kuznetsov, 32, and Angelina Nikolau, 33, appeared in a New York court Monday to face charges stemming from their July 1 climb of the Empire State Building's spire. The couple, who live in East Orange, New Jersey, were previously released under supervision, as reported by ABC7 Los Angeles.
