Contract Announcement
Cloud infrastructure provider E2E Networks Ltd has entered into a binding term sheet with a sovereign artificial intelligence company based in India for the provision of NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services. The arrangement, disclosed through a stock exchange filing, carries an aggregate contract value of approximately ₹1,000 crore, excluding applicable taxes, and remains valid until June 2029.
According to the company's statement, the engagement represents a significant milestone in its strategy of securing longer-term customers. The customer is a domestic entity, and the services are to be provided up to June 2029. E2E Networks has clarified that the sovereign AI company has no relationship with its promoter, promoter group, or group companies, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
The announcement was made on Monday, August 31, after market hours, and the company's shares ended the day at ₹618.75 on the BSE, up 0.30%.
Fundraising and Other Corporate Actions
Earlier the same day, E2E Networks' board approved a plan to raise up to ₹1,500 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), rights issue, follow-on public offer (FPO), or other permitted routes. The company indicated that the funds would support capacity expansion amid strong demand from the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
The board also approved the convening of the company's 17th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 28, 2026.
Financial Performance and Market Moves
In its first-quarter results for FY27, E2E Networks reported revenue of ₹156.8 crore, a 334% year-on-year increase and a 64% quarter-on-quarter rise. The growth was attributed to the go-live of the B200 cluster, improved utilisation of its flagship GPUs, and the continued scale-up of the TIR AI/ML platform.
The company's EBITDA stood at ₹117.9 crore, with the margin expanding to 75.2%, up 1,446 basis points sequentially and 4,609 basis points year-on-year. Net profit for the quarter was ₹43.9 crore, translating to a PAT margin of 28%, compared with 6.7% in the previous quarter.
Separately, E2E Networks is set to be added to the MSCI Global Small Cap Index, according to MSCI's latest index review. The stock has delivered substantial gains, rising 173% over the past year and over 12,000% over five years, reaching ₹619 per share.
E2E Networks is an NSE-listed, MeitY-empanelled AI-focused hyperscale cloud platform. The company also recently began work on a ₹177 crore IndiaAI Mission order, which is expected to go live by January 2026.
