Bonnie Blue, the adult content creator who goes by the stage name and whose real name is Tia Billinger, has given birth to her first child. The 27-year-old announced the news over the weekend in an Instagram video, sharing footage of herself entering a London hospital and later cradling her newborn.
In the video, she is seen entering the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, the private maternity ward where Kate Middleton gave birth. The Daily Mirror and The Tab both reported that she gave birth at the Lindo Wing, though neither outlet provided independent confirmation of the exact location.
Blue, who became widely known for a stunt in which she said she had sex with 1,057 men in 12 hours, captioned the Instagram Reel with "and then there were 1058 of us," a reference to that event. The Tab noted that her followers congratulated her in the comments, with some joking that they were now "proud dads."
In a separate video filmed on a toilet, Blue gave more details about the birth. She said she had a C-section and that the baby is "super, super healthy." She added that she was "going home later" and that the experience was "painful but not as bad as I thought." She also described a moment when she felt sick and it "genuinely felt like I had my stitches ripped open."
Blue explained she was sitting on the toilet because she was too scared to "push." She encouraged others who can afford it to consider private maternity care, saying it is "not as expensive as what you think" and likened the hospital to a hotel.
The birth announcement follows a period of speculation. Blue first announced her pregnancy in February, weeks after a separate event in which she said she slept with more than 400 men. In March, she briefly claimed the pregnancy was a hoax before saying she was actually pregnant. Both the Daily Mirror and The Tab recounted this sequence of events.
In an earlier YouTube video, Blue showed herself taking a pregnancy test after saying she had been feeling unwell with symptoms including nausea and headaches. She said the test showed one line, indicating pregnancy.
Blue also said she had struggled to conceive for years with her ex-partner, a detail she shared last year. Neither outlet provided additional context on that relationship.
Videos on her Instagram page suggest she has already returned home with her baby.
