Partnership Announced

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has entered a technology association with the Mahesh Babu Foundation, founded by actor Mahesh Babu and led by Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni. The collaboration, announced on August 31, brings Blue Cloud's AI and digital health capabilities to the Foundation's initiatives in healthcare, education, women's empowerment, HPV vaccination, and rural transformation.

According to a company statement, the agreement was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and involves no shareholding or related-party transaction. Blue Cloud will provide the technology infrastructure, while the Foundation will leverage its network for outreach.

GMB Life App Launch

The first initiative under the association is GMB Life, a preventive screening and wellness application launched on the Apple App Store and Google Play on August 31, coinciding with the birthday of Gautam Ghattamaneni. The app, powered by Blue Cloud's BluHealth platform, offers contactless, camera-based wellness screening using standard smartphones.

GMB Life generates indicative readings for heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability, stress index, cardiac workload, body mass index, and vascular age, without requiring wearables or medical devices. The screening outputs are designed for general wellness awareness and are not a substitute for clinical evaluation; users with readings outside normal ranges are encouraged to consult a doctor or attend a Foundation health camp.

In addition to screening, the app provides information on upcoming Foundation health camps, screening drives, and wellness programmes, along with guidance on preventive health.

Mahesh Babu was quoted as saying that GMB Life allows anyone with a smartphone to complete a short, contactless scan and receive indicative readings in under a minute, without a needle or device. Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni said the app lets the Foundation stay in touch with communities between health camps, screen far more people than they can meet in person, and follow up with those who need help. She also noted that women in particular often put their own health last, and a short scan near home, with a doctor to speak to, can change that.

BluHealth Platform Credentials

Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni stated that BluHealth is registered with the US Food and Drug Administration and endorsed by the Indian Medical Association and the Commonwealth Medical Association. Rajesh Suryadevara, Chief Information Officer and Head of BluHealth at Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, said BluHealth was built for preventive, non-invasive, anywhere care.

Next Phase: Community Healthcare Kiosks

In the next phase, Blue Cloud and the Foundation plan to establish BluHealth-enabled healthcare kiosks at selected locations, beginning where the Foundation already conducts health camps. Each kiosk will offer a contactless wellness scan in about a minute, with local doctors on site or by tele-consultation to review results, guide users, and refer them to Foundation-supported hospitals where needed.

Mahesh Babu said that with the healthcare kiosks they plan to open with local doctors, a warning sign on the app will have somewhere to go. Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, said the kiosks with local doctors are the next step, so that a screening on the app leads directly to a consultation in the community.

Screening records from the app will be linked to user profiles to enable follow-up care and targeted health camp deployment. Specific locations and timelines for the kiosks remain unfinalised.

Strategic Context

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore for FY26, a 26% year-on-year increase. The company operates across nine countries, providing sovereign AI platforms, digital infrastructure, telecom, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology. The association is not expected to have a material financial impact in the current fiscal year, according to the company.

Rajesh Kodali, Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to stand alongside Mahesh Babu and Namrata in a mission that has given many children a second chance at life.

Corporate Governance

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions will convene its Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, at 4:30 pm at the company's registered office in Hyderabad. The agenda includes approval of the notice for the 35th Annual General Meeting, associated reports, the appointment of a scrutinizer, and other business.
