Customers can lower the cost further by combining Flipkart's exchange and bank promotions. An eligible Apple iPhone 16 Plus can fetch an exchange value of up to Rs 39,900, while Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card users can receive an additional instant discount of Rs 9,000, according to Mashable. If a buyer qualifies for the maximum benefits under both offers, the effective price of the iPhone 17 Pro comes down to Rs 81,000.
The exchange amount will vary depending on the condition of the old phone and whether it passes Flipkart's verification process at the time of pickup. Business Today detailed that iPhone 16 owners with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage can receive an exchange value of up to ₹36,700 on Flipkart. That means a buyer could exchange an existing iPhone 16 while purchasing the 256GB iPhone 17 and substantially reduce the amount paid upfront. The exchange value is subject to the condition and eligibility of the device, so the amount offered may vary at checkout.
The offer is not limited to iPhone owners. If a buyer has an Android smartphone with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, the exchange value can go up to ₹31,350, giving Android users another route to reduce the cost of moving to the iPhone 17.
