"The goal is to reinforce the commissary as a premier destination for pet care products while highlighting exceptional savings," Cheryl L. Brown, DeCA's pet merchandising specialist, told news outlets.
The event is an annual occurrence, and this year's campaign is themed "Healthy Pets. Happy Savings." Military families can find their local commissary online at shop.commissaries.com and click on the Healthy Pet Fall Event banner to view promotional items.
